EVENT FLIX — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation and Payment:

  • Reservations for the private theatre must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
  • Payment methods accepted include cash, or electronic transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a Credit of the next event, at the discretion of the management.

3. Use of Facilities:

  • The private theatre is to be used solely for entertainment purposes, such as private screenings, presentations, or gaming sessions.
  • Any illegal activities, such as piracy, or vandalism, are strictly prohibited.
  • The premises must be returned in the same condition as they were found, with all equipment and furnishings intact.

4. Capacity and Guests:

  • The maximum capacity of the private theatre is 15 persons.
  • Additional guests beyond the agreed-upon capacity may be permitted at an extra charge, subject to approval by the management.

5. Food and Beverage:

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

6. Liability:

  • The management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the event.
  • Clients are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their guests while on the premises.

7. Audiovisual Equipment:

  • The private theatre is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, including a projector, screen, sound system, and seating.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence.

8. Right to Refuse Service:

  • The management reserves the right to refuse service to any client or guest who violates the terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behaviour.

Final Clause:

By making a reservation for the private theatre, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
